Year in Review: 2024 Was Another Great Year!

The Imperial Dade family grew even stronger with 18 new companies joining us, including the addition of Excell Direct in Arizona. These acquisitions have allowed us to expand our reach while enhancing our ability to meet the needs of the communities we serve.

The local team at Western Paper has also continued to evolve. We saw the retirement of Nick Morris and Jeff Farmer, who built Western Paper into a formidable organization. Then, we welcomed Ryan Roberts as the new General Manager of the Mountain Region, which includes Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. We’re excited to continue growing under his leadership!

Throughout the course of the year, we hosted more than 30 different events designed to help our teams bond and support our local communities. Activities like Imperial Dade Spirit Week and our annual Summer BBQ helped team members build connections with one another.  We also got back into our local communities, volunteering with the Food Bank of the Rockies, as well as raising money and awareness for national movements like Movember and local initiatives like the Colorado Restaurant Association’s Drink Red, Wear Red.

At the end of the year, teams gathered to celebrate our accomplishments. Each of our locations gathered in their own unique way, enjoying food and fun with their teams. We know how important individuals’ contributions are to the success of our company and customers and we are grateful for everything they do!
