JONATHAN FOUND THAT CHANGE CAN BE GOOD

Jonathan joined us after feeling overworked and underappreciated in the hospitality industry. The pandemic only made things worse, so he was looking for a change. A friend recommended applying to Western Paper, and that turned out to be a great decision for him and us! We found a way to put his previous experience to work in a new way, and he found a new place to work with people he likes and a company he believes in. We started him off in Inside Sales, but within 5 months promoted him to a role focused on Outside Sales specifically. As he puts it, “I’ve stayed because my experience with WPD has been an overwhelmingly positive one. Not only have I been able to advance and be promoted from within, but I have had so much support from my management and peers to continue to grow and learn.” We’re so glad Jonathan made a change for everyone’s good!
