CHAD HAS “COLLECTED” A REWARDING CAREER

Chad started with Western Paper in Credit and Collections and soon had helped bring the numbers down to record lows (that’s a good thing in Collections!). He then helped maintain that success, putting his skills to use and thriving in his department. We couldn’t help but notice and offered him a promotion as Senior Collections specialist for the entire Western Region of Imperial Dade (who acquired Western Paper in 2021). Once again, Chad thrived. And once again, we noticed, this time offering him a Supervisor position for Credit and Collections, which he’s loving. For Chad, the atmosphere is what he likes about working at Western. “The people and management are great, and they’ve helped me to be the best I can be. They believed in me, giving me bigger and better opportunities,” he says. We couldn’t have said it better ourselves!
