Second Annual Mountain Regional Sales Conference a Team-Building Hit

The second annual Mountain Region Sales Conference was a great success! This two-day conference brings together our regional sales team members to celebrate their achievements from the previous year, as well as educate them on new products, innovations, and more. It also allows our sales team members time to build relationships with their counterparts across the region.

This year brought together the teams from Western Paper, Hy-Ko, Carpenter, and Excell Direct, the newest division in our region. Members of our corporate teams joined these four divisions of Imperial Dade for the event.

Day One began with our remote Western Paper team members meeting at the Denver office to connect with internal staff members and enjoy lunch. The afternoon brought all of our regional sales team members together at the Hyatt Regency DTC, where we heard company updates from Charles A. D’Elia, Jr (CCO), Glenn Ziegler (President, West Region), and Ryan Roberts (General Manager, Mountain Region).

After a delicious dinner, the evening ended with an awards ceremony honoring team members for their work over the last year.

Day Two was comprised of several breakout sessions that educated sales team members on our product availability, most notable our Victoria Bay brand. Additionally, they learned more about current and forthcoming tools designed to assist them in providing our customers with the best solutions to meet their needs.

The Mountain Region Annual Conference was a wonderful success, bringing together so many team members across the Mountain Region, celebrating successes and fostering relationships as we find the best ways to support our customers. We’re looking forward to a great 2025!
