Two Years Together Has Meant Fresh Growth and New Opportunities!

On August 1, 2023, Western Paper Distributors celebrated our second birthday as a member of the Imperial Dade family. We were the 38th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, CEO and President of Imperial Dade, respectively. Under their guidance, we have seen tremendous growth.

Western Paper has always encouraged and supported the growth of our team members, and the last two years have been full of exciting opportunities. We saw 9 team members move from our internal to corporate team, and awarded 55 internal promotions! That’s news worth celebrating. We’ve also retained 95% of our senior leadership team in the Western Paper Distributors division. Overall employee satisfaction has also grown in the last two years! 

Since our acquisition, Imperial Dade has added an additional 30 new members to the family, including the largest distributor in Canada! We have been excited to welcome new teams and look forward to ongoing new growth.

Throughout this journey, our customers have also benefited. They now have access to the Victoria Bay line—quality products that are exclusive to Imperial Dade. Our expanded national and international presence ensures that customers can continue to enjoy the same expertise and customer service they expect from Western Paper—even when they expand to new areas!
