We're Building Camaraderie In the Summer Heat!

To celebrate the start of summer (and all the hard work our team has put in so far!), Western Paper, a division of Imperial Dade, held our Annual Summer Barbeque. Team members enjoyed a variety of parking lot games while hot dogs and burgers sizzled on the grill. And while the temperatures were rising, our team was staying cool playing games, enjoying tasty food and spending a little down time together.

From warehouse and office staff to remote workers and drivers, everyone on the team was invited to join in the festivities! As one of our newer traditions, the Summer Barbecue provides a great opportunity for members of different departments to interact in new ways, get to know each other better and build stronger relationships.

We welcome unique opportunities like this to encourage team members to have some much-earned fun and develop new connections. It’s just one of many ways we’re working to make Western Paper a fun and rewarding place to build a career!
