Western Paper Supports Food Bank of the Rockies' 25th Annual Golf Classic!

Western Paper served as one of the primary sponsors of the Food Bank of the Rockies’ annual fund-raising golf tournament. This popular event is held at the Sanctuary Golf Course in Sedalia, CO, which draws enthusiastic golfers due to its relative difficulty to gain access to the course under normal circumstances. Two of our team members, Aaron Armstrong and Alex Eichman, were able to participate and represent our company while helping support a very good cause.

Food Bank of the Rockies is one of our favorite charities to support because we know it’s a very practical way to support our local community and provide nutritious food to families that struggle with food security. It’s estimated that 1 in 7 kids are food insecure in Colorado. Working together, we can help communities thrive and ensure more children don’t get to bed hungry. During their highest need months, Food Bank of the Rockies distributes over 70,000 meals and snacks, as well as 20,000 Totes of Hope. We’re proud to support the tremendous work they’re doing and look forward to additional ways we can partner with them.
