Western Paper Team Members’ Children Benefit From Morris Family Foundation Donation
The Morris Family Foundation has once again made a contribution to ISSA Scholars, the signature ISSA Charities program—to grant academic scholarships for students in the 2022-2023 school year. These scholarships provide financial aid to help students achieve their dreams of higher education.
There were 10 children of Western Paper team members that were recipients this year of a scholarship:
• Katelyn Chapman
• Allyson Goltl
• Kamryn Hoehne
• Liam Holt
• Creighton LaRue
• August Malom
• Kayleah Petree
• Arissa Petree
• Cherysh Williams
• Heather Williams
According to Western Paper Division Vice President Nick Morris, “COVID has made learning much more challenging for many students, and it’s my hope that in receiving partial scholarships, our team members’ children will be able to pursue their dreams of college with a little less fear and uncertainty. We want them to focus on their academic goals, not the student debt so often attached to higher learning. We also hope they’ll consider putting their new skills to work in our industry in the months and years to come!”
Since 1988, the organization has awarded nearly $4 million in financial aid to over 1,000 ISSA member company employees and their immediate family members. Scholarships relieve the burden of tuition for college and university students and introduce new professionals to career opportunities in the cleaning industry.
