Western Paper Team Members Raise Money for Alzheimer’s Research

In the month of August, Western Paper’s Cash for a Cause focussed on the fight to end Alzheimer’s. Two of our team members, Pam Musso (sales) and Tara Curnow (supplier management), put in extra special effort to combat this devastating illness that has hit close to home for them both, and through their outstanding work Western Paper and its team donated more than $3,600! That’s more than triple the original goal!

The ladies organized a fun night out at Whimsy Paint, where participants were guided by an instructor in a step by step painting to create a take home piece of artwork, with a portion of painting proceeds and alcohol sales going to the fundraising effort. Then a few weeks later, Western Paper served as a sponsor of the Walk to End Alzheimers held at City Park. Team members came out and walked while others donated. It was a fantastic success and we’re grateful for the efforts of Pam and Tara and their commitment to make a difference in our community!
