February 2024 Sales Conference a Tremendous Success!

In February 2024, our team members gathered for the first Mountain Division Annual Sales Conference! Western Paper Distributors, a division of Imperial Dade, has hosted an annual sales conference for many years. The event is designed to celebrate our team’s achievements from the previous year and educate team members on new products. It’s also a great time for team members from all four locations to connect with each other.

This year, we welcomed our partners from Hy-Ko and Carpenter, our sister divisions in Utah, as well as members of our corporate team. Day 1 began with our sales teams meeting up at the Denver office to meet with our internal staff. In the afternoon, we migrated to the Hyatt Regency DTC, where we heard company updates from Charles A. D’Elia, Jr (CCO), Glenn Ziegler (President, West Region), and Nick Morris (Vice President, Western Paper Division). The evening concluded with an energized awards ceremony honoring team members from all three divisions.

Day 2 featured a series of breakout sessions designed to educate sales team members on our available products, including our Victoria Bay brand, as well as the tools available to them to help ensure that they can provide the best solutions to our customers’ needs.

Team members also had the opportunity to obtain updated headshots to assist in their ongoing marketing efforts. Overall, this was an incredibly successful event, bringing the Imperial Dade Mountain Division together for the very first time.

Team members created new friendships across our division and learned new ways to help support our customers.

We are already looking forward to next year’s conference!
