Team Western Paper Raises More Than $31,000 for Men’s Health

Western Paper Sales Professional Jeff Hartman has led the company in sales the past two years. But perhaps more impressively, Jeff has led the charge for the past 7 years to raise money for The Movember Foundation, a men’s charity working to tackle prostate and testicular cancer while supporting mental health and suicide prevention.

This year, with the backing of his friends, family members, colleagues and suppliers, Jeff’s Movember campaign well exceeded his $29,999 goal, reaching a $31,362 total when the month came to a close. In addition to the raising funds, Jeff’s efforts did a wonderful job of raising awareness, with 21 guys at Western Paper participating in a moustache growing contest to help raise money through a weekly raffle. In fact, Jeff and his team’s efforts were so successful, he ranked 4th on the US leaderboard.

While the quality and taste of the various moustaches that were grown by the guys is certainly debatable, there can be no question that this team did a great job for a great cause. We cautiously but eagerly anticipate what next year’s facial hair designs will look like, as well as the opportunity to raise even more for Movember next year!
